1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of BB Burlington Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

BB Burlington Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

Service descriptions, timelines, and pricing are provided as estimates and may be adjusted based on site conditions, material availability, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

A deposit may be required before work commences. Payment terms will be specified in the service contract. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, marking underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits where applicable, and providing accurate property information. Clients must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from work areas for safety reasons.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship with warranties as specified in individual service contracts. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper use, soil settlement, freeze-thaw cycles beyond normal expectations, or acts of nature.

Concrete naturally develops minor cracks as part of the curing process. We use control joints and proper installation techniques to minimize cracking, but some cracking is normal and expected.

6. Cancellations and Delays

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from project delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will address any legitimate claims through proper channels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BB Burlington Concrete and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

9. Privacy
